What do the gold prices on the Home screen mean?
They are the shop's selling prices per gram in Kuwaiti dinars for 24, 22, 21 and 18 karat gold, updated automatically. Workmanship is not included. If the prices cannot be refreshed, the app says so and shows the time of the last update. The final price is always confirmed at the counter.
Is the calculator's result a quote?
No. It is an indicative value using the same price per gram as the Home screen, plus any workmanship you enter.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. Open the link on the same phone you signed up on, then sign in.
I forgot my password.
On the Sign in screen, tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and open the link we send you on the same phone. New passwords need at least 8 characters, including letters (A–Z) and numbers (0–9).
How do I save pieces?
Sign in, then tap the heart on any piece in the Shop. Show your list at the counter and our staff will bring the pieces out for you.
How do I switch between Arabic and English?
Tap the language button at the top of the screen.
How do I delete my account?
Open My account, tap Delete account and confirm. Your account and saved pieces are removed immediately. If you cannot sign in, contact us above. See the privacy policy for details.

ماذا تعني أسعار الذهب في الشاشة الرئيسية؟
هي أسعار البيع في المحل للجرام بالدينار الكويتي لعيارات 24 و22 و21 و18، وتُحدَّث تلقائياً. لا تشمل المصنعية. إذا تعذّر تحديث الأسعار يُنبّهك التطبيق ويعرض وقت آخر تحديث. ويُؤكَّد السعر النهائي دائماً في المحل.
هل نتيجة الحاسبة عرض سعر؟
لا، هي قيمة تقديرية تستخدم سعر الجرام نفسه المعروض في الشاشة الرئيسية، مضافاً إليه ما تُدخله من مصنعية.
لم تصلني رسالة التأكيد.
تحقّق من مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها. افتح الرابط على الهاتف نفسه الذي أنشأت منه الحساب، ثم سجّل الدخول.
نسيت كلمة المرور.
في شاشة تسجيل الدخول اضغط «نسيت كلمة المرور؟» وأدخل بريدك، ثم افتح الرابط الذي نرسله على الهاتف نفسه. يجب أن تتكوّن كلمة المرور الجديدة من 8 أحرف على الأقل، تتضمن حروفاً إنجليزية (A–Z) وأرقاماً (0–9).
كيف أحفظ القطع؟
سجّل الدخول، ثم اضغط رمز القلب على أي قطعة في المتجر. اعرض قائمتك في المحل وسيُحضر لك موظفونا القطع.
كيف أبدّل بين العربية والإنجليزية؟

كيف أحذف حسابي؟
افتح حسابي واضغط حذف الحساب ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك وقطعك المحفوظة فوراً. إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول فتواصل معنا عبر الوسائل أعلاه. للتفاصيل راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
