Al-Bawra app — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Al-Bawra app (for iPhone and Android) handles, why, and the choices you have. The app is operated by Al-Bawra, a jewellery shop in Kuwait. Questions: see Contact us.
Using the app without an account
You can view gold prices, news, the catalogue and the calculator as a guest. We do not ask for or store any personal details from guests. Like any internet service, our servers receive technical information with each request (such as your IP address and the time), which our hosting providers keep in short-lived logs for security and troubleshooting.
If you create an account
- Name and email address — to create and identify your account, and to send the email that confirms your address and, if you ask for it, a password-reset email.
- Password — handled by our sign-in service and stored only in hashed form; we never see it.
- Saved pieces — the catalogue items you save, so you can show your list at the shop.
- Sign-in sessions — to keep you signed in; each session records the IP address and device type it was created from.
- The date your account was created, shown on your account page.
Shop staff accounts also have a staff role. Staff can add product and category photos; the app asks for access to the photo library only at that moment, and only the chosen photo is uploaded. Customers are never asked for photos.
Stored on your device
Your sign-in session is kept in the iPhone Keychain (or encrypted storage on Android). The app also remembers your language and light/dark choice, and the ring-sizer's screen calibration. This stays on your device.
Services that process information for us
- Supabase — our database and sign-in service, where account data is stored (servers in Mumbai, India).
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the security check on sign-in, sign-up and password reset, which helps block automated abuse. It evaluates technical signals from your device and browser. The check page is hosted on Vercel.
- Google (Gmail) — sends our account emails (address confirmation and password reset).
Gold, silver and exchange-rate prices and news headlines are fetched by our own server; no information about you is sent to those providers.
Content from other companies
The live price tickers and charts are provided by TradingView and load directly from TradingView, which receives the technical information any website receives (such as your IP address). News articles open on the publisher's website. The Location, Call and Instagram buttons open Google Maps, your phone app and Instagram. Those services are covered by their own privacy policies.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, no analytics or advertising tools in the app, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing. The app does not access your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
How long we keep it, and deleting your account
We keep your account information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: My account → Delete account, then confirm. This immediately removes your account, name, email address, saved pieces and sign-in sessions from our database. Emails already delivered stay in your mailbox, and our providers' technical logs expire on their own schedule. If you cannot sign in, contact us and we will help.
Your choices
You can see your details on the My account page, change your password with “Forgot password?”, and delete your account as described above. For any other request about your information, contact us.
Children
The app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.

تطبيق الباورة — سياسة الخصوصية

توضّح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يتعامل معها تطبيق الباورة (على iPhone وأندرويد)، ولماذا، والخيارات المتاحة لك. يدير التطبيقَ محلُّ الباورة للمجوهرات في الكويت. للاستفسارات: راجع تواصل معنا.
استخدام التطبيق دون حساب
يمكنك متابعة أسعار الذهب والأخبار والكتالوج والحاسبة كزائر. لا نطلب من الزوار أي بيانات شخصية ولا نخزّنها. وكأي خدمة على الإنترنت، تصل إلى خوادمنا مع كل طلب معلومات تقنية (مثل عنوان IP والوقت)، يحتفظ بها مزوّدو الاستضافة في سجلات قصيرة الأجل لأغراض الأمان ومعالجة الأعطال.
عند إنشاء حساب
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني — لإنشاء حسابك والتعرّف عليه، ولإرسال رسالة تأكيد بريدك، ورسالة استعادة كلمة المرور إذا طلبتها.
- كلمة المرور — تتولاها خدمة تسجيل الدخول وتُخزَّن بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع (hash)، ولا نطّلع عليها.
- القطع المحفوظة — القطع التي تحفظها من الكتالوج لتعرض قائمتك في المحل.
- جلسات تسجيل الدخول — لإبقائك مسجّلاً؛ وتسجّل كل جلسة عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز الذي أُنشئت منه.
- تاريخ إنشاء الحساب، ويظهر في صفحة حسابك.
لحسابات موظفي المحل صلاحية موظف. يمكن للموظفين إضافة صور المنتجات والأقسام؛ ولا يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى مكتبة الصور إلا في تلك اللحظة، ولا تُرفع إلا الصورة المختارة. لا يُطلب من العملاء أي صور.
ما يُحفظ على جهازك
تُحفظ جلسة تسجيل الدخول في سلسلة مفاتيح iPhone (Keychain) أو في تخزين مشفّر على أندرويد. ويتذكّر التطبيق أيضاً اللغة والوضع الفاتح/الداكن ومعايرة شاشة أداة قياس الخاتم. تبقى هذه على جهازك.
خدمات تعالج المعلومات نيابةً عنا
- Supabase — قاعدة البيانات وخدمة تسجيل الدخول، وفيها تُخزَّن بيانات الحساب (خوادم في مومباي، الهند).
- Cloudflare Turnstile — التحقق الأمني عند تسجيل الدخول وإنشاء الحساب واستعادة كلمة المرور، للحدّ من الاستخدام الآلي المسيء. يقيّم إشارات تقنية من جهازك ومتصفحك. صفحة التحقق مستضافة على Vercel.
- Google (Gmail) — ترسل رسائل الحساب (تأكيد البريد واستعادة كلمة المرور).
أسعار الذهب والفضة وأسعار الصرف وعناوين الأخبار يجلبها خادمنا بنفسه، ولا تُرسل أي معلومات عنك إلى تلك الجهات.
محتوى من شركات أخرى
شريط الأسعار المباشر والرسوم البيانية مقدّمة من TradingView وتُحمَّل مباشرةً منها، فتصلها المعلومات التقنية التي يتلقاها أي موقع (مثل عنوان IP). تُفتح الأخبار على موقع الناشر. وتفتح أزرار الموقع والاتصال وإنستقرام خرائط Google وتطبيق الهاتف وإنستقرام. تخضع هذه الخدمات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
ما لا نفعله
لا إعلانات، ولا تتبّع عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات داخل التطبيق، ولا نبيع معلوماتك أو نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. لا يصل التطبيق إلى موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون.
مدة الاحتفاظ وحذف الحساب
نحتفظ بمعلومات حسابك ما دام الحساب قائماً. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب ثم التأكيد. يؤدي ذلك فوراً إلى إزالة حسابك واسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وقطعك المحفوظة وجلسات تسجيل الدخول من قاعدة بياناتنا. تبقى الرسائل التي وصلت سابقاً في بريدك، وتنتهي السجلات التقنية لدى مزوّدينا وفق جداولهم. إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول فتواصل معنا وسنساعدك.
خياراتك
يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك في صفحة «حسابي»، وتغيير كلمة المرور عبر «نسيت كلمة المرور؟»، وحذف حسابك كما هو موضّح أعلاه. لأي طلب آخر يخص معلوماتك، تواصل معنا.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن علم معلومات من الأطفال.
التغييرات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة فسنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ سريانها.
